The hotel is located near Kokusai Dori. Is it noisy at night?
Although the hotel is located a minute away from the main street, the area surrounding the hotel is quiet so guests can enjoy a good night sleep.

Can we delay the check-out time?
Yes, guest can request for late check-outs.
3 hours late check-out: additional fee equal to 34% of your room rate
6 hours late check-out: additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate
Over 6 hours late check-out: additional fee equal to 100% of your room rate

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can keep hold of your luggage at front desk.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, all rooms are smoke-free.

Do you have smoking rooms?
No, unfortunately smoking is banned from all rooms.

Do you have ocean view rooms?
Yes, all rooms are designed with an ocean view.

Designated smoking area?
Yes, there are two smoking areas; one in the hotel parking space and the other in the terrace space of Chimdon Cafe "Ki-nushicha-".

Can I book a specific room?
No, unfortunately we can not secure specific rooms for guests.

We are planning to travel in groups. Can we reserve several rooms that are located next to each other?
We will do our best to accommodate your request but we are afraid we can not guarantee that your request will be granted.

Do you have connecting rooms?
No, unfortunately we do not have connecting rooms.

Can we request for rooms on a higher floor?
We will do our best to accommodate your request but we are afraid we can not guarantee that your request will be granted.

If the hotel is fully booked, can you put me on the waiting list?
No, unfortunately we do not have a waiting list.

Can we transfer our room fee?
Yes, please make sure to complete your transfer 3 days in advance. We will provide you with our bank details.

Do you accommodate pets?
No, unfortunately we do not accept pets apart from guide dogs.

Do you have any curfew hours?
No, our front desk is opened 24 hours. If you plan to enter after midnight, please follow the instructions below.

1. If you plan to check-in after midnight, we will check your reservation via intercom.
2. Guest who have already checked-in can enter the security door using your room key.

How safe are the rooms?
Guests are required to insert their room keys in the elevator so non-guests will not have access to the rooms.

Are their air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning systems.

What kind of free amenities do you have?
All rooms come with Mikimoto shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

Do you provide sleepwear?
Yes, pajamas and slippers are provided in all rooms.

Are we allowed to walk around in slippers and nightwear?
Unfortunately, slippers and nightwear are provided for in-room use only.

Is it ok to refuse housekeeping services?
Yes, please attached the "No housekeeping needed" magnet to you door.

Can I leave my luggage in my room during my stay?
Yes, but we advise all guest to use the security box to store valuable belongings. 

Where do you serve breakfast?
We serve breakfast at Chimdon Cafe "Ki-nushicha-" in the main tower and Restaurant Kunibutei in the east tower.
* If both restaurants are full, please note that we may use the banquet room in order to cater to all guests.

Can I have breakfast in my room?
No, unfortunately we do not allow guests to carry breakfast into their rooms due to hygiene reasons. 

Breakfast is included in my room rate but I do not need breakfast. Can I request for a lunch box instead?
Yes, we can arrange lunch boxes for guest who do not need breakfast. Please make sure to reserve your lunch box in advance.

Do you provide room service?
No, unfortunately we do not provide room service at our hotel.

Are there any pools in the hotel?
No, unfortunately we do not have any pools in our property.

Are there any hot springs and bathhouses in the hotel? 
Guest will have access to Okinawa's largest public bath Rikkarikkayu at a fee. The bathhouse is opened until midnight and is situated next to the hotel.

Are there any saunas in the hotel?
Guest will have access to the saunas in Rikkarikkayu at a fee.

Internet access?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are there any DVD players in the rooms?
No, unfortunately we do not provide DVD players and VOD (video-on-demand) services.

Are there any coin-operated laundry machines in the property?
Yes, guest can use the laundry machines located on 1F inside the main tower. The machines are usually locked so please contact front desk if you plan to use them.

How much do the laundry machines cost?
500 JPY (90 minutes). This includes detergent, washing and drying fee.

Are there any air freshers in the rooms?
Yes, we provide odor-eliminating sprays for each room.

Are there any security boxes in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with one security box.

Can we order food from outside and have it delivered to our room?
No, unfortunately we do not allow food deliveries.

Can I invite a friend to my room?
No, unfortunately we do not accept non-staying guests in your room. We kindly advise you to meet in the lobby.

Can I book a in-room massage service for outside? 
No, unfortunately in-room massage services are strictly prohibited.

Where can I find an ATM machine?
The nearest ATM machine is situated inside the convenience store, located 1 minute away from the hotel.

I lost my room key.
Please contact front desk as soon as possible. We charge 2,000 JPY for lost keys and replacements.
